Placement Coordinator

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Searching new organizations and opportunities for placement tie-ups across Pan India.
  2. Building relationships with employers and funders.
  3. Supporting Local Center Teams to find local job opportunities, within city and outside.
  4. Traveling to centre as per requirement.
  5. Meeting the Placement targets for career students.
  6. Conducting the placement activities i.e. Industry talks, industry visits, job fairs etc.
  7. Preparing and Maintaining the Placement Reports, placement records as per audit norms.
  8. Tracking Student retention in jobs at least 6 months.
  9. Identifying gaps in training so students can be placed in high paying jobs.
  10. Signing MOUs with Employers for hiring/sponsorship.
